Deine Aufgaben

Als Sushi-Koch bringst Du den Fisch gern ins Rollen?

Durch Deine Vorerfahrung bist Du unser Hauptansprechpartner für unseren Sushi Posten und bist eigenverantwortlich für die Organisation, sowie die zugehörigen Mise en place Arbeiten zuständig. Du übernimmst die Kontrolle unserer hochwertigen Rohzutaten und verarbeitest diese zu Sashimi, Nigiri und Co. Die kreativen Ideen kommen dabei aber nicht zu kurz! Du tüftelst gern an neuen Sushi Kreationen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit unserem INTUU- Küchenteam um. 


Your tasks

As a sushi chef, do you like to get the fish rolling?

Thanks to your previous experience, you are our main contact person for our sushi station and are responsible for the organisation and the associated mise en place work. You will take control of our high-quality raw ingredients and process them into sashimi, nigiri and co. Creative ideas are not neglected! You like to tinker with new sushi creations and realise them together with our INTUU kitchen team.

Wir freuen uns, wenn Du eine Ausbildung als Sushi-Koch mitbringst oder bereits relevante Erfahrung in der japanischen Küche sammeln konntest. Man sieht Dir die Freude am gemeinsamen Schaffen, sowie die Leidenschaft fürs Kochen an. Du hast Lust auf eine neue Herausforderung in einem spannenden Arbeitsumfeld? Du bringst Kreativität, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft mit?
